At Washington Premier FC, we have developed additional flexibility in our JR. RCL U8 Program. The program is for players ages 5-7. The program has been designed with options to meet the needs of the members that want more soccer and those that want a limited commitment. NEW in 2025, the Jr. RCL Team formation night will now be part of the U8 tryouts. Any U8 players interested in either the U8 Jr. RCL program or the Premier U8 program are encouraged to attend the tryout session on April 22nd and 23rd. This will allow the coaching staff to observe all players and determine the best placement for the player’s development. Click on the following link to view program differences and time line.
The Jr. RCL U8 program offers 3 different options that vary in length with all options focusing on the development of the individual skills necessary to move and control the ball well. After the April tryout session, players will be placed in either the Jr. RCL U8 Program or the Premier RCL U8 Program. Payment Terms: Initial payment due $200 and then 8 additional payments of $165 June through January. Auto withdrawal occurs on the 20th of the month.

Volunteer Requirements
Washington Premier requires that each family with a player enrolled in the Junior program put in 3 hours of volunteer time supporting the Jr. Summer Classic and JR. weekend events hosted at the club.

- Fall league play (10-12 games)
- End of fall league event

Payment Terms: Initial payment due $200 and then 5 additional payments of $210 June through October. Auto withdrawal occurs on the 20th of the month.
