Our College Advisor

Washington Premier Football Club is proud to have Peter Voiles serving as our College Recruiting Advisor, helping guide and support our student-athletes as they navigate the exciting journey from club soccer to college soccer.

Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role, combining his own collegiate playing experience with more than two decades of coaching experience at Pacific Lutheran University (PLU). He has served as an assistant coach for the PLU men’s soccer program since 2003, giving him valuable insight into the college game and what it takes to compete at the next level.

As a former collegiate player at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, Peter was part of three conference championship teams and earned All-Conference recognition in 2000. His experience as both a college player and coach gives him a unique perspective on the college recruiting process and the expectations student-athletes may encounter as they pursue opportunities to play beyond high school.

In his role with Washington Premier FC, Peter helps our players and families better understand the college soccer landscape, prepare for the recruiting process, and make informed decisions about their future. From understanding college opportunities to learning what coaches look for in prospective student-athletes, his guidance helps players take meaningful steps toward achieving their academic and athletic goals.

Peter’s long-standing commitment to player development reflects the values of Washington Premier FC. He understands that the college journey is about more than soccer alone—it is also about finding the right academic environment, developing as a person, and choosing a school where a student-athlete can thrive both on and off the field.

We are fortunate to have Peter’s experience, perspective, and passion for the game available to our players and families. His dedication helps ensure that our student-athletes have access to knowledgeable guidance as they explore the opportunities and challenges of college soccer.
