Washington Premier F.C. is pleased to announce that Scott Halasz and Bryan Yorke have accepted new positions within the club. Halasz will serve as our Senior Programs Director and Yorke will perform the role of Youth Development Director. These positions will allow WPFC to offer more free services to members and further develop our relationship with the WPFC Fury program.
Scott Halasz – Senior Programs Director
Halasz will perform several functions in his new role. First, he will be the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Director within the club and coordinate our participation within that program. In addition, he will become the primary contact within the club for the college recruiting process. To that end, he will conduct three annual college preparation seminars for members and serve as a liaison to college coaches whenever necessary. As our players work toward their goal of playing in college, Halasz will be an invaluable part of the recruiting process.
Bryan Yorke – Youth Development Director
Yorke’s new role involves significant work with the WPFC Fury program. His responsibilities are varied, but include conducting clinics for Fury coaches, developing a Micro/Mod curriculum for Franklin Pierce Soccer Club and organizing a coach mentoring program that will foster the development of coaches within the WPFC Fury program. In addition, he will coordinate free technical and finishing sessions for WPFC players that will take place in August, 2012 (more information to come). As Washington Premier F.C. moves forward, Yorke will have significant influence on the technical development of players within the club.
