Washington Premier F.C. is pleased to announce the Fall Junior Program for boys and girls at the U8 and U9 ages. The WPFC Junior Program is intended for recreational players that are looking for a more soccer-intensive environment. Interested players will participate in evaluation sessions on June 2, 2012 in order to determine which team is most appropriate for their level of play. WPFC is planning on forming two teams in each age group for boys and girls, but that is dependent upon the number of interested players. Registration is now open.
Teams will be coached by either current or potential members of the WPFC coaching staff and will train twice a week beginning in August. Training will continue until the first week of November.
WPFC Junior teams will participate in a league with 9-10 games starting the first weekend after Labor Day and running through November 10-11.
Practice Details All training sessions will be held at the WPFC training complex in Puyallup. Training time will be based on the schedule of the coach, but will generally start at approximately 4:30.
Cost: $450
The cost covers league fee, field rental, referees, uniforms and coaching stipend. Uniform: Players will get two adidas t-shirts; one short; two pairs of socks.
