In the first match of the 2012 season, the Seattle Sounders Women amused a near sell-out crowd at Starfire with five goals led by Alumna Lyndsey Patterson (pictured on bottom row 2nd from the left). The largest crowd in Sounders Women history was on hand to watch the Sounders Women defeat Seattle Pacific University by a score of 5-0.
