(July 10, 2009) - The Washington State ’s US Youth Soccer 1996 Boys Olympic Development (ODP) team traveled last week to regional camp in Oregon. Seven boys out of the roster of eighteen were invited to stay and continue training in hopes of making the regional team. 

Congratulations to the following WPFC players: Fischer Gallinger, Denis Kalamar, Jacob Kempf, these three BU-14 Black teammates were selected on the Region IV 1996’s ODP team. The boys are going to Boston from Aug 2-7, 2009 for the National Team Tryouts. They are also playing in Orlando over Thanksgiving holiday with the Regional Team as well.  Why is this big news? There are only four boys from the state of Washington on the regional team, and three are teammates from our club!
