WPFC ’94 Wins Starfire Labor Day Cup

(September 7, 2010) - WPFC ’94 Black won the GU16/17 Division of the Starfire Labor Day Cup Championship by defeating Puget Sound Slammers 1-0 in kicks from the mark. While WPFC ’97 Black acquitted themselves quite well this weekend with a strong showing at the Starfire Labor Day Cup as Finalists. Our ladies beat Idaho Super Club FC Nova in the semi-finals 1-0. In the final game WPFC, while shutting down current U13 state champions NW Nationals, finished regulation with a 0-0 score. Unfortunately for us fans,
GU-15 White Revisits the Perfect Season
Keeps going... ...and going ...and going ...
(May 14, 2009) - The Incredible Season continues! The Washington Premier F.C. GU-94 White team’s 2008-2009 season has been an incredible ride that has not ended yet. The season began in February of 2008 with the formation of this year’s GU-94 team. As with any team there was a fair amount of turnover but the new and old girls jelled quickly and enjoyed early success and earned their first tournament title in May by winning the Snohomish United Invitational. The Rainier Challenge was next and was again won by the team. After an unsuccessful tournament in Bellingham the girls followed the performance with another title, this time at the Federal Way Blastoff. The team was placed in the Fall PDL Division 5. The girls continued their hard work and excellent play and finished at the top.

GU-15 White adds more medal to their trophy case
August 2, 2009) - The Washington Premier F.C. ’94 White team won their third consecutive Federal Way Blastoff title with a win over SGESC Fusion Fire 93 . This time doing it in the U16 “A” bracket. The title game was a tough affair with the older opponents refusal to let WPFC score at all in the first half . It wasn’t till early in the second half when the White team scored on a beautiful set play kick from Kendra Iverson outside the box.

GU-14 (WPFC '94) finish season as the 2009 National Finalist
(July 19, 2009) - USYOUTH President’s Cup National Final, Raleigh NC – WPFC G94 White’s dream season ends in a 3-0 loss to Little Illini from Champaign , Illinois . WPFC had beaten the champions the night before in a must win group game 2-1 but did not have enough to beat the Illinois team in the title game. WPFC had an unprecedented U14 run that had them on the podium 6 times, 5 times as Champions!

GU-15 White make final preparations for National Presidents Cup
(July 15, 2009) - The GU-15 team is all business as they prepare for the 2009 US Youth Soccer President’s Cup in Raleigh, North Carolina. From July 17-19, the tournament will host the various regional champions from around the country. Making the tournament “is a testament to the hard work that girls have put in as a team -- One of the biggest factors in their success this season was their off season commitment.” The goal is to win the whole thing,” A WPFC ’94 Parent said. “They have won a state title, regional title and still have not played their best soccer yet.” Tomorrow the team will be boarding their plane along with coaching staff, love ones and their club’s best wishes as they play for their chance at a National Championship.
GU-15 White Washing Cars at Korum's Nissan
Sunday, June 28th in Puyallup from 12 to 4 pm
(June 28, 2009) - Join Korum’s Puyallup Nissan in supporting our GU-15 White team as they raise money for their trip to North Carolina. The team and their families will be washing cars from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm. Jamba Juice will also be on site selling drinks, and 20% of the profit will be donated to the team! Korum’s Puyallup Nissan is located at 101 Valley Avenue in Puyallup.
GU-15 White Win Region IV President’s Cup
Team moves on to the Finals in Raleigh, North Carolina July 17-19
(June 14, 2009) - WPFC GU-15 White won the 2009 Region IV President’s Cup in Tri Cities this past weekend. Their opening game loss to America United 0-1, was avenged when the two teams met again in the finals by a score of 2-1.
