(July 15, 2009) - The GU-14 team is all business as they prepare for the 2009 US Youth Soccer President’s Cup in Raleigh, North Carolina. From July 17-19, the tournament will host the various regional champions from around the country. Making the tournament “is a testament to the hard work that girls have put in as a team -- One of the biggest factors in their success this season was their off season commitment.” The goal is to win the whole thing,” A WPFC ’94 Parent said. “They have won a state title, regional title and still have not played their best soccer yet.” Tomorrow the team will be boarding their plane along with coaching staff, love ones and their club’s best wishes as they play for their chance at a National Championship.
