WPFC ’94 Black is a member of the 2010 Player Developmental League that train and play out of Puyallup, Washington. The team is comprised of young ladies that are passionate about playing soccer under the direction and guidance of Peter Voiles. The mission of our team is to provide an opportunity for young girls to develop their skills as soccer players and to compete at a level of competition appropriate for their age and abilities to
