Coaching Experience:
20 plus years coaching WPFC, FWSC, and Federal Way Hgh School.  Last season Pete assisted with the WPFC ’94 ECNL. Pete was an assistant for FWSC Reign ’94 Girls who in 2010 were state champions and Far West Region IV semi-finalist.  In 2008 that same team was US Club champions both regionally and nationally.

Pete is also an assistant for the girls varsity backsetball team at Federal Way High School who advanced to the WIAA final for in both 2009 and 2011.

Shimer is the Seattle Managing Partner for Deloitte.  He and his wife, Laurel, have four children:  Kathryn (20), Andrew (19), Chris (16), and Sarah (16).
