Responsible for establishing training programs for U11-U18 Club Boys and Girls Teams; served as a liaison with other clubs and organizations; recruited and evaluated coaches; evaluated, observed teams to guide player/team development.
2003-2008 - Head Coach, MRSA Storm/Thunder
Worked with U13 /U16 Club Girls to compete in WSYPL. Provided individual player analysis and evaluations. Success included Portland Cup, Sun and Surf Cup, Snohomish Invite, Washington Cup and Division 1 status for both teams.

Responsible for facilitating training, camps and team development within Association.

Worked with Edgemont Junior High soccer program

Worked with Aylen Junior High and Sumner High School students. Both recorded unbeaten records.

Worked with U-14 Boys to prepare for regional competition.
2001-2002 - Head Coach, HSA Heat 84 P1
Responsible for the training and development of individual players and team. Resulted in team competing successfully at tournament level and offers of college scholarships for multiple individuals.
1997-2001 - Head Coach, Llangynidr JFC, Wales, UK
Included the preparation of players for league play. Resulted in team achieving first place position in league.
2000 - Coach, Alan Merrick Soccer Academy, MN
Conducted residential camps. Assisted coaches with team development.
1997-1999 - Director of Coaching, Great Plains Soccer Association, SD
Coordination and training of 15 teams. Conducted coaching clinics.
1989-1997 - Head Coach, Cwmbran Town AFC, Wales, UK
Developed players (U16-U18) for the senior level of soccer that resulted in several players achieving professional status. Won the National Youth Cup in 1997. Served as the liaison to the various associations.
